Clonix Host provides web hosting, domain registration, and related internet services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to affected customers.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• All prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout (USD or BDT).
• Payment is due upon order placement for new services.
• Renewal invoices are generated 14 days before the service expiration date.
• Services may be suspended for non-payment after the due date.
• We accept payments via bKash, SSLCommerz, and bank transfer.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Host, distribute, or link to illegal content
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk email
• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Engage in phishing or fraudulent activities
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Overload or interfere with our servers or networks
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Host adult content, gambling, or illegal file sharing

Shared hosting accounts are subject to fair use policies. Excessive resource usage that affects other customers may result in account suspension or required upgrade to a higher-tier plan.

• Domain registrations are subject to the policies of the respective registries.
• You must provide accurate WHOIS information as required by ICANN.
• Domain transfers and renewals are non-refundable once processed.
• We are not responsible for domain disputes or trademark conflicts.

While we perform regular backups, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups. Clonix Host is not liable for any data loss. We recommend keeping local copies of all important files and databases.

We strive for 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. In case of extended downtime due to our fault, customers may request service credits. Scheduled maintenance windows are not counted toward downtime.

Clonix Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
